Presenting: Florie Namir

While working on her Ph.D., jazz-pop Israeli artist, Florie Namir, wrote a new song-repertoire about her experiences in the U.S. and began performing in and around Boston.

Since, she played at Boston Jewish Music Festival, Sofar Sounds, Mondo.NYC2016 and opened for Boston's star, Ruby Rose Fox, at the Brighton Music Hall. Her optimistic songwriting combines the music she loves: swing-jazz, Israeli songs, Beethoven and Bossa Nova and with a gentle yet powerful voice she delivers a moving performance.
